Birmingham, the second-largest city in the UK, is home to five universities in UK, one of which is Birmingham City University. Because of the money invested in reviving the city and changing its culture, Birmingham is considered one of the best cities in Europe.

Birmingham's music venues, bars, and restaurants keep the city open late into the night. Due to its abundance of galleries, theatres, and live music venues, the city has gained popularity among students studying art, design, and media.

Students can go to the Hippodrome to see the Birmingham Royal Ballet or Symphony Hall to see the Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO). The Ikon Gallery and the Waterfall Gallery of Modern Art are great places for students to find amazing displays of contemporary art.

The Arena Birmingham hosts live music events every year for students who want to move their bodies and bop their heads to the music. Students can visit the Digbeth neighbourhood, which is only a short 5-minute walk from the City Centre campus, for clubbing, street food, and live music.

Students can join one of the many societies and clubs the university offers on campus. To represent the needs of the student body, they can even be elected to the Student Council. Visit the Advice Centre if you need free, objective support for students.

Self-catered lodging ranges in price from £123 to £155 per week.

First-year students will be provided with guaranteed housing if they attend the university full-time and live ten miles from home. The offer must be accepted by students before the deadline expires. By residing in a room near the hallway, students can improve their chances of making friends.

Students with different budgets can reserve a room because housing is offered at a range of prices. More than 2,500 rooms at the university are furnished and equipped with the best furniture and amenities for students. To give their students more housing options, they have also partnered with structures off-campus. The hallway has high-speed wireless internet access in every room.
